How fast do we ship?
We pack orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
How much does it cost?

All 50 US states, plus APO/FPO addresses (we love our military families).
Free shipping?
Yep. Spend $49 or more and standard shipping is on us. No code needed.
What if something goes wrong?

Wrong address? Email us ASAP. Once it‘s shipped, we can’t change it.

Lost package? If tracking shows “delivered” but you don‘t have it, please check with neighbors and then contact the carrier. We’ll help, but we can‘t replace items marked delivered.

Weather delays? We don’t control the snow. We‘ll keep you posted if we hear of carrier delays.
